COMPETITION PACKAGE

These Packages offer the same service and price as the regular Fitness Packages 1, 2, but only apply if you book a shoot the day after your competition. The full amount has to be paid and is non refundable in case you are cancelling within 72 hours of your booked shoot, or if you no-show.

Limited Usage Rights of images from Arno Nasshan Photography

When you receive your retouched images either on CD or as a online download there are some things you should be aware of when it comes to the rights to use these images. You may think as soon as you receive those images you have the copyright of these images since you are in the images. That is not the case. Photographers by law own the copyrights to those images. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the photographer:

You may NOT do the following when receiving your retouched images from Arno Nasshan Photography:

- sell the images for profit
- Sell the rights to the images to a magazince or any other publication or possible sponsors
- edit the images and then publicly post them

Here is what you ARE permitted to do with the retouched images you receive from Arno Nasshan Photography:

- Unlimited Prints, ideal for headshots, business cards, portfolio, comp-cards
- Public Internet posting of watermark images only
- Use the images to promote yourself as a professional
